This capacity-building program, facilitated by the North East Development Commission (NEDC), is equipping youth with critical technological skills aimed at fostering self-sufficiency and sustainable development in the region. The comprehensive curriculum blends theoretical knowledge with hands-on fieldwork, preparing participants for certification and direct entry into the growing green economy.
