Following the condemnation of the unsympathetic stance of Nigerians towards the death of a staff of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), controversial crossdresser alias Bobrisky has tagged the EFCC as “the most wicked people in Nigeria”.
A staff of the EFCC, Aminu Sahabi Salisu, was shot during a raid at a suspect’s house in Anambra State on Saturday night.
The EFCC, while confirming the death of its officer, condemned what it described as irresponsible, callous, inhuman and outrageous narratives being circulated on social media regarding the operative’s death.
In an official reaction to the incident, EFCC on Sunday said its operatives had gone to the house of some suspected fraudsters on legitimate duty when they were attacked.
The anti-graft agency also narrated how its operative was killed, noting that one of the suspects, Joshua Chukwubueze Ikechukwu, after sighting the officials through a CCTV Camera mounted at his doorpost, refused to grant them entrance and eventually resorted to shooting the officials, killing Salihu in the process.
While the statement was supposed meant to clarify the cause of death of the agency’s staff and elicit a human response to the death, Bobrisky took to his Instagram page to slam the EFCC operatives who he said the police are better than.
Remember that Bobrisky was arrested last year for money laundering and abuse of the naira. Recalling his experience with the operatives, he wrote:
“I don’t like reading anything about EFCC online, cos I feel like I wanna throw up each time I read about them. You are asking the public to be human about the loss of one of your staff but you are the most wicked people in Nigeria. When I was in your custody, you took me to my house and
searched my house.
“When I asked you guys why? You claim I’m unto money laundering and you want to check if I’m not printing money in house. Police are better than you all 1 million times. After writing my statement, you asked me to give you papaya number I told you I don’t have her no, even if not talking to her, I will not be heartless to set her up like that cos I wasn’t trained to be a snitch.
“EFCC took my phone for 1 week they checked all my emails and didn’t see anything fraud. They asked to seem my whatsapp I said no, you have no business with my private conversation. You all tried everything to stop this moving train but naaa girl keep moving high”
