• All advertising bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.
• Payments must be made before campaign commencement.
• Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Fairview Africa reserves the right to approve, reject, or request modifications to any advertisement.
• Ads must not contain misleading, offensive, illegal, or unethical content.
• Political, gambling, adult, or controversial ads require special approval.
• No refunds once an ad campaign has commenced.
• Campaign rescheduling may be allowed with 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Advertisers may request performance reports for campaigns.
• Metrics include impressions, page views, and duration.
• Fairview Africa is not responsible for advertiser website downtime, conversion rates, or third‑party service failures.
• Advertisers are responsible for ensuring landing pages are functional and compliant.
• Fairview Africa reserves the right to update pricing or terms with prior notice.
